An item cannot be reserve for your later purchase since the items in stock are fast moving and limited in quantity (Unique piece).
Can I ask for a saree which is not display in the site?
Please send a mail regarding the customize order. How ever we cannot assure the delivery of exact design or fabric saree which is not shown in our website. We display all latest model sarees which are there in our stock and readily available with us for shipment. If in case of any problem we will get back to you through emails.
How can I track my orders?
Once the order is in transit, expected receiving date of shipment, other details about the order and tracking number will be mail to the customer. By Logging into their account they can view the status using the tracking number.
How many days in advance should I place the order?
Generally we need 7 working days notice to execute your orders if it is for other countries other than India. And 2-3 working days with in India.
If I order from places other than US, how I will be charged?
Though the prices mentioned in our site are in US dollars, you will be charged in your local currency equivalent to the value mentioned in US$. It will be automatically calculated as per the prevailing rates

What is Return Policy?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase and we put in our best efforts to meet your expectations. We have framed our Return Policy to address Customer Grievances.
- Damaged or Wrongly Shipped Items. :
In case of wrongly shipped or damaged products. The Customer can send a mail to support@celebritysarees.com on the same day and have to send back the items in the same pack without change of the folds within 7 working days upon the confirmation to send.
Refund will be given only against approved cancelled orders, i.e. a cancellation which have to be notified and approved by us. Cancellation should be informed minimum of 24 hours in advance of delivery Date. However, Approval of Cancellation is subject to our acceptance for cancellation.
Conditions for Return
- Items must be in new condition with its original packing.Please do not disturb the folds of the fabrics.
- Customer should intimate with in 24 hours after receiving the order through email to support@celebritysarees.com, or by using our Live help chat or through phone.
NOTE: Refund for item(s) or exchange for damaged/ wrongly shipped item(s) are made after deducting the shipping/handling charges
Duration of Refunds :
- Refunds on Credit Card: Please allow up to two / three working days for the return credit to appear on your credit card statement.
- Alternative Method - Store Credit: In case you wish to retain a Store Credit with us, then on mutual acceptance a coupon number will be issued. Using reference no. / coupon no. you can utilize the amount in the next purchase. You can follow the instructions being sent in mail by our team to avail this Credit for future orders.

Are the item sent as per the display on the Web Pages?
Generally the Products will be similar to the pictures on the web. They will definitely match or exceed all the specifications in terms of weight and size. How ever there may be some variation in the Products color in the image from original product due to various reasons like configuration of computer monitor, color scheme of computer, lighting of the photograph etc. Order accepted only if the selected Item is in stock.
Will I get Courier details?
We send courier with in 24hours of order placement. And the details mailed to you after the courier dispatched. At any case, if we are delay, due to unforeseen weather conditions or strikes that cannot be overcome, will also be informed to you via Email.
What if you don't Dispatch the order or Dispatch late?
If you give us adequate time to process your order it will not be late. This can only happen due to forces beyond our control such as riots, transportation strikes and situations beyond our control.
